I am a computer scientist that nowadays works as an IT consultant, dealing mostly with projects on public and private sector around Information Security and IT Service Management. Having worked in the past for many years as a software architect, throughout time I have – and still do – created several software programs in my spare time. I created this game some years ago after returning from my summer vacations in eastern Pilio Greece, were at nights we were playing this game for hours using physical cards. It is a really fun and easy game to play. If you don’t know the rules, there are instructions within the game. Also, it is funny that when the game is idle for some time the AI players are talking to each other, check it out.

The game SEVEN runs stand alone, without the need to install it, without ever writing anything to the registry or the hard disk. Just download it, execute Seven.exe and the game runs (like the way all honest simple software should be). It has been tested and found to be working on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11.

Utility MediaDiskMan

At this site you can download the TV media player disk utility MediaDiskMan for free.

In order for the TV media players – like the “Western Digital TV Media Player” and others – to utilize the movies and videos in a disk, they require the files and directories to have a specific naming format and be placed in specific locations. This utility speeds up the required manipulation, by automating the necessary re-naming and transferring of the media related files and directories.

MediaDiskMan is a utility that runs stand alone, without the need to install it. Just download it, unpack MediaDiskMan.zip, then execute MediaDiskMan.exe and the utility runs. It has also a configuraton file, MediaDiskMan.ini, where you can modify certain of its characteristics. It is a very powerful tool, so give it a try on a test directory first to get a grasp of it, before trying it to the real media directory. MediaDiskMan has been tested and found to be working on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
